Octavian Iacob

Octavian is cofounder of Pharmalink since May 2013.
Octavian has spent the past  years managing a number of wholesaling companies. During this period he has managed and developed client strategic plans as well as building relationships with producers, national pharmacy chains, wholesalers and key independent pharmacies.
He offers new and innovative selling & purchasing skills and methods ideally suited for the pharmaceutical industry.
Octavian has an extensive wealth of knowledge of the pharma industry and can provide business development and marketing insight to managing supplier businesses.
Since joining Pharmalink, Octavian has contracted multi brand and generic pharmaceutical companies.
He has also opened and expanded profitable new relationships with some of the largest and prestigious European Companies.
Based on his believes that “Preformat organizations have a strong culture” , Octavian is responsible also for building the organization culture of Pharmalink.

Marius Minca

Marius joined the Pharmalink team in 2016. Until then, Marius worked in multinational pharma companies such as Terapia Ranbaxy, Abbott, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Polisano Pharmaceuticals where he served different positions mainly in sales and marketing departments as Business Unit Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager. He has more than 20 years activity for generics and branded pharma business. Starting with September 2019, Marius took over the management of company from Octavian Iacob and aims to find new business partners and contribute to the development of the company in the future.
